hi,

i am looking to "measure" incident or ambient light in an outdoor povray
scene without a sun, just blue (perhaps cloudy) sky.

i have a tree object with leaves and i need to determine (roughly) how much
incident light each leaf receives. i think povray would be an ideal tool
for this job, but i am uncertian of how to begin this process.

any suggestions or tips are very welcome.
